I asked the alcohol ink community on how to seal linen so that I can retain the color and texture and a lot of people wanted to know and had no answer. I figured out a process of sealing not only linen but any fabric of your choice you would have to experiment but I suspect this will seal anything. It is cost-effective and is a brushable application In this video, I will go through the steps of what I used and my conclusion. I will also do a painting demo on camera to provide tips and tricks of working on linen. It is very different than yuppo paper and even canvas.
If you're out of patience and just want to know the result go to the end to see my recommendation and what I used to coat the linen. You will miss the tips and it might cost you some linen.
