Sensual desire (sight/touch/taste/smell/hearing) = Am I addicted to something that stimulates one of these senses preventing me or clouding my mind?
Ill Will / Aversion = Am I feeling a negative emotion of frustration, anger, thoughts of quitting?
Dullness / Heaviness = Am I unmotivated, depressed, lack of energy, not wanting to move?
Restlessness = Is my mind jumping from thought to thought, too many ideas not enough time?
Skeptical Doubt = Am I indecisive?
R.A.I.N. is the solution
Recognize which one you're experiencing
Accept that's what you're experiencing
Investigate why you're experiencing it
Non-identify with that experience: 'I am not the body, I am not the mind, I am not my emotion.'
